- The agreed flow works in production, and the docs let you redeploy it from a clean checkout.

- Anything outside the agreed scope gets a separate estimate or goes into the next phase.
- Data
- Your data stays in accounts you own and is used to configure and test the product. AI tools may receive code and project context, but not production user data unless we agree in writing.
- Starts
- Once we agree on the scope and my current project is delivered.
FAQ
How do we work together?
Tell me what you're trying to solve. If the scope needs work, we start with a scoping sprint. I then give you a fixed scope and price, build in small steps, and show you working software as we go.
Which stack do you use?
I usually reach for React and the TanStack ecosystem, but I'm happy to adapt to your team's stack and the needs of your business. I've also worked a lot with Angular, Java, Python...
How long does it take?
The scoping sprint takes about one week. An MVP build takes 3 to 5 calendar weeks, based on 6 to 9 workdays. I reserve two days a week for client work and take on one project at a time, so we'll agree on the start and delivery dates before we begin.
How do you use AI agents?
I use AI agents for research, prototypes, code, tests and documentation. I review and test their changes before they go in. Product and architecture decisions, especially around security and data, stay with me.
What happens to my data?
Your data stays in accounts you own. AI tools won't receive production user data unless we agree to it in writing. Before we start, I'll explain which tools touch your project data and how.
What is not included?
Ongoing maintenance, marketing, content, legal or compliance advice, design beyond the agreed UI and unlimited revisions. If you need something outside the scope, I'll estimate it separately.
