The Platform

Secure GPT is an internal generative AI platform deployed across the group’s entities, built on Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform and hosted in an environment intended to meet SecNumCloud requirements. The infrastructure leverages S3NS Trust Public Cloud (TPC) for sovereign cloud compliance.

My Role: Fullstack Developer & Product Advocate

As a product-oriented fullstack developer in the AI Lab, I bridge the gap between technical implementation and user needs. My focus spans:

  • Frontend (React + TanStack): Building intuitive, responsive interfaces for seamless AI interactions.
  • Backend (Java Spring Boot + Python FastAPI): Designing scalable APIs and business logic layers.
  • Product Evolution: Acting as a force for innovation-balancing user feedback, technical constraints, and business goals.

How I Contribute:

🔹 Agile Collaboration: Work in 2-week sprints with internal stakeholders (business teams) to prioritize features. 🔹 User-Centric Design: Advocate for UX improvements based on real-world usage and pain points. 🔹 Technical Leadership: Propose solutions that align with SecNumCloud and TPC/S3NS requirements while pushing boundaries.

Tech Stack & Workflow

Layer Technology Role
Frontend React + TanStack Dynamic UI, state management, and user experience optimization.
BFF Java Spring Boot Business logic, API orchestration, and integration with legacy systems.
Core API Python FastAPI High-performance AI services, model serving, and data processing.

Agile Process:

  1. Sprint Planning: Business teams define priorities; I contribute technical feasibility and UX insights.
  2. Development: Full-stack ownership from API design to UI implementation.
  3. Feedback Loop: Iterate based on real user data and security audits.
